Jeremy Weinstein has been named vice president of marketing at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. He will be responsible for overseeing marketing, promotions, customer relationship management, advertising and public relations for South Floridas premiere casino and entertainment destination, including the 500-room Seminole Hard Rock Hotel. His appointment was announced by Larry Mullin, COO of Seminole Gaming.
Jeremy is a dynamic young executive with an impressive international background in both gaming and non-gaming environments, said Mullin. Were excited to welcome him to the Seminole Hard Rock team and look forward to his leadership in taking our global vision to the next level.
Weinstein brings 13 years of strategic marketing experience to Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood. He joins the award-winning property from the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada where he served as director of slot marketing, managing a team of more than 30 casino marketing executives and employees.
At the Bellagio Las Vegas, Weinstein worked his way up from marketing manager to director of strategic marketing in three years. His responsibilities included implementing seasonal marketing campaigns for hotel, table games and slot departments, managing the guest services and marketing departments and creating customer retention and reactivation initiatives.
Weinstein has also served as a senior analyst with Harris Corporation in Washington D.C. and as a strategic marketing consultant for Openwave, Inc. in New York City, NY.
He holds a double bachelors degree in information systems and human-computer interaction from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and a masters of management in hospitality from Cornell Universitys School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, New York.
He is an avid outdoorsman and seasoned traveler.
